Often times straightforward just isn't on the cards and something special
has to be pulled out of the box to suit a given situation.
Here on our Innovation Design page we'd like to showcase the concept,
design and installation of an 'out of the box' light panel display for OBG group in Sligo.
Client Focused
OBG group have five very large high profile windows in Sligo and the need was to upgrade to illuminated displays. Part of the brief was to offer a mix of sizes A4 and A3 along A1 size for branding and advertising the mortgage and insurance side of the business.
Several plans and permutations were discussed before arriving at a design that was both functional and visually pleasing.
With a proposed visual okayed by the client we now had to come up with a solution and it was to 6mm stainless steel rods that we looked to for the bones of the structures that would support the light panels in the second window. With fixings designed specifically for this kind of task we constructed lightweight, unassuming but rigid stands to hold two A4 landscape Light Panels each.
